I’m founder & CEO at Arkintel, a sovereign AI company in The Netherlands. We build ArkOffice, a European AI office suite, and deploy it as an organisation’s own: their domain, their branding, on our EU cloud or their own servers, even fully offline. It’s in production with the Dutch government today.
I still write code most days. Alongside Arkintel I co-founded Arkmon, a fintech platform in a v2 rebuild. On weekends I build websites for people I like, and spend a lot of time behind a camera.

01about
What I’m
working on.
I’m founder & CEO at Arkintel, a sovereign AI company based in Delft, and part of YES!Delft. We build sovereign AI for governments and regulated industries: systems that can be reviewed by a security team, run inside an organisation’s own walls, and stay under European law.
Our product is ArkOffice, a European AI office suite: chat, docs, sheets, slides, drive, PDF, notes and transcription, with AI built into every app and agents that can act across the whole workspace from a single prompt. Anyone can try it, and for organisations we deploy that same product as their own: their domain, their branding, on our EU cloud, their private cloud, their own hardware, or fully air-gapped. Then we connect their data and build the apps that don’t exist yet.
It grew out of JustAskMomo, the course agents we built at TU Delft, where hundreds of students sent tens of thousands of messages. That work became ArkOffice. Today it runs as DelftGPT inside the Municipality of Delft, fully on-premises, as a subsidy checker for the City of Rotterdam, and behind Schuldhulpje, our joint venture for Dutch debt relief.
I’m also co-founder of Arkmon, a fintech platform in a v2 rebuild, though Arkintel is where nearly all of my time goes.
Outside of work, I build websites for people I like: architects, shops, clinics, volunteer groups, friends. And some weekends I’m behind a camera, making photos.

Travel films from a past life.
In a previous chapter I made travel videos with my sister under Some Siblings: backpacks, rented cars, a camera, and whatever country we could get to. I don't make these anymore, but the channel is still up as an archive.
